With it we’ve seen an increase in costs and decrease in living standards. So Rentiew.com has been made to allow people to give their opinion on what it’s really like to live somewhere. To help hold landlords to account and to let you know what it’s really like to live somewhere.

I’ve lived, there, you’ve lived there. Now everyone else can know what it’s like to live there. Whilst some landlords actually do make the effort, others do not. If we want things to change we need to make sure that we let people know what it’s really like to live somewhere. Be honest, be reflective and let the good properties shine.
Like it or not, living standards in rental properties are driven by the market. Platforms like AirBnB put reviews at their core which mean that landlords make an effort to ensure they get good ones. We don’t have this mechanism in the wider market. There is no feedback loop from the renter to the market.
That’s what Rentiew is here to fix. If you rent, you should review. Past and present properties. The more properties we review the better resource this becomes and the more pressure there is on bad landlords and reward for the good ones.
